Event Templates
PowerPoint Templates are more than a set of example slides. Templates provide the environment for consistent visuals (e.g. same fonts, colors, preset layouts for similar content, chart and table styling, and more). TLC Creative Services develops REAL full-feature PowerPoint templates for corporate events, executive presentations, specialty loops, award shows, and awards shows.
Presentation Technical and Design Pre-Check
A technical review of content is a must for events where presenters submit their presentation prior to coming onsite. TLC Creative Services provides pre-check reviews confirming aspect ratio, page size, font use, embedded media, notes for external media, presenter notes and any other event-specific details needed.

With blend projection, LED walls, and switcher layering capabilities, developing live event graphics requires understanding the technical parameters (resolution, machine video output, onscreen content needs of backplate-slide-IMAG). Alignment and Visual Balance
At live events the presentation screens are big (often huge). Small inconsistencies in slide content can become a big distraction to the audience, taking their focus off the presenter while they ponder why the text moved position, and if that box really line ups to the other box. We understand the importance of alignment, consistency, and visual balance and make this part of our standard workflow.
Content Management
A live event involves files, lots of files, from lots of different people; PowerPoint, PDF, video, audio, script Word docs, tracking excel files, show flows, floor plans, wire flow diagrams and more. The TLC Creative team is organized and understands show needs. We are obsessive over file naming, confirming specs, managing an up-to-date tracker document, and assuring the right people on the AV team have the files they need to produce and execute the show.
