TLC Creative Services, Inc. is not ordinary. To start, we came from traditional print design—back when computer layouts weren’t part of daily work. As the industry changed, we added large-format signage at a time when small studios rarely designed and printed. Later, we brought multimedia into PowerPoint before video and audio were common in decks. Most importantly, we’ve always focused on strong design – well beyond basic bullet lists.

The name “TLC” comes from co-owners Troy & Lori Chollar (T-L-C). And yes, it was also their high school dating nickname. What began as a husband-and-wife studio has grown into a team of talented, professional designers.

We’re not trying to be the biggest agency or the loudest name in the room. Instead, we stay intentionally small and deliver big results. Because of that, we take pride in every project and consistently overdeliver. From single screens to complex multi-screen setups, we build presentations with clean animation, integrated media, and high-impact visuals – not the “blue background bullet list” from years past.
