Live Event Graphics and GFX Support

Live events are different. You have to design for the AV setup, the room, and the audience. That’s why the TLC Creative team has years of backstage experience as onsite GFX operators, offline designers, content managers, and pre-event (“pre-pro”) support. As a result, we know what it takes to get presentations on the big screen in any aspect ratio or multi-screen layout. In other words, we can turn bullet-list slides into bold main-stage graphics. Whether you need pre-production design or onsite support, we’re ready to help.

Event Templates

PowerPoint templates are more than sample slides. Instead, they create a consistent “home base” for your event: fonts, colors, layouts, and chart/table styles included. Because of that, every presenter stays on brand and the show looks polished. We build full-feature PowerPoint templates for corporate events, executive sessions, specialty loops, and award shows.

Presentation Technical and Design Pre-Check

Before an event, submitted decks need a technical review. For example, we confirm aspect ratio, slide size, and font usage. In addition, we check embedded media, notes for external media, presenter notes, and other event-specific requirements, so everything runs clean onsite.

Executive Presentation Design

The TLC Creative presentation design team specializes in executive, keynote, and main-stage presentations. First, we create bold, on-brand visuals that match your outline or speaker script. Then, we turn bullet-list content into clear, audience-friendly graphics. In addition, we design with the big screen in mind, so slides stay readable and impactful. Finally, we organize feedback from multiple reviewers and keep revisions moving. As a result, you get a polished deck that supports the speaker and strengthens the message.

Ultrawide and Beyond 16x9 Design

Many stages use LED walls, blended projection, or layered switcher feeds. So live event graphics have to match the technical setup (resolution, outputs, and screen layout). At the same time, design has to stay readable at scale - especially from the back of the room. That’s why we plan each layer (backplate, slides, and IMAG) so color and contrast work together.

Content Management

Live events generate a lot of files from a lot of people. For example: PowerPoint decks, PDFs, video/audio, scripts, trackers, show flows, and floor plans. Because we’re organized, we keep file names clean, confirm specs, and maintain an up-to-date tracker. Most importantly, we make sure the right people on the AV team have the right files at the right time.

Alignment and Visual Balance

At live events, screens are big - often huge. As a result, small slide inconsistencies become major distractions. For example, misaligned text or shifting objects can pull attention away from the presenter. That’s why alignment, consistency, and visual balance are built into our standard workflow.
